Getting to Know....the Artist/Museum
Art History with Robin Steinhardt

A Getty docent for 10 years Robin’s knowledge and skill as an artist, docent and teacher of 45 years makes art history fun to learn, provocative and inspirational.

On the fourth Wednesday of each month, Robin will invite you to slow down, look deeply, and truly connect with the artwork. She will ask thought-provoking questions about how a piece makes you feel and what you see in it, guiding you beyond surface impressions. Along the way, she’ll share insights into the artists, their creative processes, and the historical periods they lived in. More than just an art lecture, this is an immersive experience—one that encourages you to engage with art in a meaningful way.
